What you'll do:

- You'll work as part of a team focused on the programme design and new products related to the recruitment, selection, development and roll-off of graduates, apprentices and interns at Sky.
- Planning, organising and bringing structure to the team will be your second nature - and you'll have genuine passion for it too No job will seem too big or too small for you and you'll enjoy ticking things off your to-do lists.
- We also work in an Agile way - which means, amongst other things, that collaboration and teamwork are very important to us. You'll enjoy running your day-to-day activities by picking up a variety of tasks.
- You'll work as part of a team who are continually looking to evaluate and improve all products related to our Early Careers Programmes.
- We support all our graduates and apprentices with a two-year development journey, and work with an exciting external partner, The Smarty Train. You'll play a key role in organising and setting up the successful delivery of this activity which will include liaison with our external partner, booking courses, setting up rooms and presentations.
- Lead on the organisation and successful running of our induction, mid-point and graduation events for all Early Careers programmes.
- Actively manage the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) including the set-up, administration and reporting of training programmes, courses and resources, and the maintenance of accurate user training records.
- Contribute to the design and development of business-wide employee communications, to help promote our learning pathways and improve employee skills and engagement.
- Assist with keeping course materials up-to-date, ensuring that all materials are available on the LMS.
- Audit the central inbox, take messages, and provide assistance where appropriate.
- Managing Early Careers Administration relating to the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) as well as Learning & Development activities, including system/tracker updates, reporting and partner notifications where appropriate
