Field Services Engineer: (Onsite) We are seeking a Field Services Engineer (Onsite) with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced, high-performing environment to join our team and act as an escalation point for our Nexon customers and internal support teams.
This role will be a permanent onsite role.
Key Responsibilities: Manage escalations and provide onsite technical assistance Assist and resolve incidents raised by staff and internal support teams Support by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues Provide guidance, support and mentoring to the internal support teams Assist with delivering key solutions and occasionally project tasks Documentation of support processes and issue resolutions Dedicated Onsite Support What Will Make You Successful: Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider highly desirable Over 5 years' technical experience in a large and complex IT environment Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack – Windows Server / O365 / Exchange / SharePoint etc Experience in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory management, Group Policy administration and PowerShell Remote Desktop / Terminal Services / Citrix Virtual Apps experience Good understanding of networking principles and hardware eg routers, switches etc – capable of working on smaller network projects and onsite tasks Joining a collaborative team, you will have a proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of Service Now and N-Able desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills About You Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role (both internal external) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills A strong sense of ownership and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff across all aspects of the business Technical knowledge of products and services with a solid understanding of multiple systems across Infrastructure, Cloud and Network Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and process oriented
