Join eHealth NSW to create real-world impact, drive meaningful outcomes and support the health of millions every day.

About the Opportunity
As a Technical Business Analyst at eHealth NSW, you will play a critical role supporting both BAU and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of applications. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, gathering and analysing complex requirements to enable effective solution delivery in a fast-paced DevOps environment.

In this role, you will:

* Lead analysis and documentation of complex technical and business requirements across the full software development lifecycle
* Partner with development and testing teams to support estimation activities, including effort sizing and delivery impact assessment
* Support BAU and enhancement projects across a diverse portfolio of NSW Health applications
* Act as a key customer contact, helping clarify requirements, scope and solution options while managing expectations
* Contribute to Statements of Work (SoW), proposals and delivery planning for new and existing systems
* Help prioritise work in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams to maximise value and outcomes
* Negotiate scope, timelines and trade-offs with customers and internal teams to support successful delivery
