About the Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
* Manage rostering, coaching, and team development.
