We have an opportunity for a dynamic Payroll Officer to join the Payroll Services & Payroll Operations team within Monash HR. In this role you will provide a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the department. Key Responsibilities include: Processing new and existing employee information including; salary packaging, superannuation and employment changes within internal systems Providing advice, guidance and support to staff and clients on payroll/HR transactions Undertake the input and analysis of data, including ensuring accuracy, effective security, storage and distribution of data, records and reports Maintaining service standards by promptly resolving issues and adhering to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy About You The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience with a strong background in processing and administration, excellent communications skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
