The Client, a registered NDIS health provider, offers a diverse array of community-based, allied health services to individuals of all ages and abilities. The role requires the provision of evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals can originate via the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, offering the flexibility to work from home or the company's hubs when not conducting client appointments.
Key Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for a range of duties focused on maximizing client function and engagement:
- Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
- Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
- Completing timely documentation and report writing.
- Managing a varied caseload.
- Meeting company professional expectations (e.g., meeting billables and effective client management).
- Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions (as required).
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.
- Working across leading software platforms and online tools.

Essential Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and checks:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
- Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Car insurance.
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.
- First Aid (optional).
