Role
Finance Manager
We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead our finance function and play a key role in guiding the business towards continued success.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Providing analysis and insights to support business performance and growth opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Managing cashflow, balance sheet, and working capital requirements
- Leading and mentoring a small finance team to deliver operational excellence
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategy, projects, and business planning
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting skills
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Commercially focused, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights
- Solid leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Hands-on and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
