Key Account Manager Role

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling the full platform of Salesforce products to commercial accounts in Australia.

You will work closely with existing accounts to identify new opportunities, land new logos, and drive business growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

* Establish trusted relationships with entire C-Suites and partner with them for long-term success.
* Drive deals from initial contact to close, effectively leading sophisticated deals throughout the entire sales process to order form signature.
* Develop and progress opportunities by using solution selling expertise to uncover customer challenges and increase revenue by utilizing Salesforce technology to solve customer problems.
* Maintain a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation while generating short-term results.


Requirements

* 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial account setting.
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a history of exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
