Remote Healthcare Opportunity
We are seeking a General Practitioner to make a meaningful contribution to remote NT communities, develop their skills in a unique healthcare setting, and immerse themselves in the cultural and natural surroundings of the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver culturally safe, high-quality care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote NT communities.
* Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff to provide treatment on-site in remote clinics.
Requirements
* A fellowship with either Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
* Minimum of 250 hours of relevant full-time clinical experience working as a general practitioner within the past 12 months.
* Evidence of completion of current and previous triennium requirements and active participation in continuing education recognised by professional bodies such as RACGP QA & CPD or ACRRM PDP.
* Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance as a General Practitioner (Level 1).
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
