Job Description
We are seeking proven sales performers to expand our customer base in the Identity and Security portfolio, focusing on selling Machine Identity Security (MIM) (formerly Venafi's solution) into existing CyberArk accounts. You will be a sales team member based in Sydney, managing all sales activities in the region by engaging with complex and large customer environments and collaborating closely with existing CyberArk Go-to-market teams (AE/SE/Services/Channels/Customer Success). You will contribute to our exponential business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of the CyberArk family.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting and driving new business through MIM solutions into existing CyberArk accounts, with ongoing development of a long-term pipeline to increase CyberArk's share of wallet within enterprise customers.
2. Strong collaboration with Go-To-Market teams in the region.
3. Winning against competitors by effectively communicating the value of MIM's platform.
4. Establishing professional and trusted relationships with customers and prospects, from C-level to operational levels, understanding their unique business needs related to Machine Identity Management projects.
5. Working with business partners within the wider ecosystem of SI partners and advisory firms.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, or a combination of experience, education, and superior performance.
- Familiarity and experience in selling subscription and cloud business.
- Experience selling Identity lifecycle management solutions; security experience is an advantage.
- Value sales experience selling Cloud Native or SaaS products.
- Ability to build relationships within client and prospect companies at the CXO and technical levels.
- Demonstrated adaptability, evolution, and openness to new ideas.
- Strong customer-centric and success-oriented sales mentality.
- Experience leveraging partners within the ecosystem of SI partners and advisory firms.
- Organized, efficient, and capable of maintaining high productivity while demonstrating process and administrative excellence, preferably with experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
