Junior School (approximately 120 students). Situated in Corio, this campus caters for day students from Early Learning to Year 4. After Year 4, students from the Junior School proceed to Corio Middle School. Junior School has approximately 25 full time and part time teaching and support staff.
We're looking for a warm, organised, and energetic Receptionist & Administration Assistant to be the friendly face of our Junior School. If you love helping people, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive in a buzzing school environment, this role is for you This is a part‑time, maximum‑term position working 3 days per week from the beginning of Term 2, 2026, until 26 June 2026
What You'll Do
* Welcome families, visitors, contractors and CRTs with enthusiasm
* Manage calls, enquiries and a busy reception space
* Support staff, students and parents with efficient admin help
* Prepare documents, newsletters and event materials
* Maintain student and staff information in our systems
* Coordinate absences, mail, supplies, room bookings and music lesson scheduling
* Assist with events, yearbook, social activities, bus travel and OHSC bookings
* Provide basic First Aid when needed

* Superb communication and customer service skills
* Experience in a fast-paced reception or admin role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills; database experience a bonus
