Job Summary
A role in cyber insurance combines technical expertise with client service. The Cyber Insurance Manager will work closely with clients to understand their complex insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support senior brokers with client insurance/risk requirements
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to meet their insurance needs
* Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities for insurance policies, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports
* Lodge, invoice, and manage insurance policies accurately and efficiently
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and client managers
* Deliver exceptional customer service
Key Requirements:
* Passion for a career in insurance and strong administration skills
* Experience supporting senior brokers (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
* General insurance product knowledge (highly regarded)
* Attention to detail and desire for ongoing training
