We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is suitable for candidates with advanced espresso knowledge and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages to consistent standards
* Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
* Dial in coffee daily and manage extraction consistency
* Train junior staff in coffee preparation and workflow efficiency
* Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk and bar supplies
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Provide professional customer service in a high-volume environment
* Assist with opening and closing procedures

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
