Job Description:
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our online orders department. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve their best. You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and translate business needs into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the online orders team, providing daily direction and coaching
* Oversee accurate and timely processing of online orders
* Coordinate with warehouse, customer service and inventory teams to resolve issues
* Maintain quality control for packing, accuracy and dispatch
* Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
* Deliver training and ensure processes are followed
* Identify workflow improvements to enhance speed and customer experience
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Confident with systems and MS Office
* Calm, organised and able to manage changing priorities
* Police Check + NDIS Worker Screening (post-onboarding)
