The Web App Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of monthly enhancements and strategic initiatives for the Suncorp Control Centre (SCC) Web App.
This key member of the SCC product delivery team engages with stakeholders, captures user needs, documents clear and actionable requirements, and supports the development of scalable, customer-focused technology solutions that enable improved disaster response and operational insights.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
* Capture user needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
* Support the delivery of scalable, customer-focused technology solutions that meet business objectives.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Technology, or a related discipline.
* 3+ years in business analysis roles supporting digital product or web application development.
* Experience in complex, cross-functional environments with a mix of internal and vendor stakeholders.
* Prior experience in disaster management, insurance, or geospatial technology is preferred.
