We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and reporting on communication and swallowing disorders, developing treatment plans and collaborating with staff and families/caregivers on intervention strategies.
* Advocating for effective communication support for individuals with communication difficulties.
* Developing mealtime management plans to enhance mealtimes.
* Selecting and utilising evidence-based practices and service delivery methods, regularly reviewing and refining them.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Professional qualification in Speech Pathology
* Active membership of Speech Pathology Australia
* Willingness to undertake intrastate travel
* A current driver's licence
Possession of knowledge of the NDIS and participant/family centred practices is highly desirable.
