The Scots Rose Bay Early Childhood Educator supports the strategic direction of The Scots College by providing assistance to EYC teachers, where necessary, in all areas of class/pupil learning and management. You will work collaboratively with our teachers to provide high-quality assistance in all areas of class/student learning and management.

* Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Experience with 3 and 4 year old children
* Understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy
* Passionate about actively engaging in students play and learning
* Propensity to recognise the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community
* Professional and personal integrity

* Being proactive and innovative
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working in teams
* Experience in developing Reggio reflective classroom pedagogies and practice
