The position is for a full-time Senior Hairdresser
SharpCraft Hair Studio is a registered professional hair salon located in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. The business provides a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, perming, and styling for both male and female clients.

What we're looking for:
* Relevant experience 2+ years in a similar role
* Keep up to date with industry trends and new hair styling techniques
* Reliable and well-presented
* Demonstrated experience across all major hair colouring and styling techniques
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional salon team
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct consultations to assess clients' hair care needs, preferences, and suitability of advanced styles and treatments; provide expert advice on hair care routines, and long-term hair maintenance
* Perform advanced hair cutting techniques using scissors, clippers, and razors
* Deliver hair colouring services including bleaching, foiling, highlights, balayage, ombre, and colour correction
* Carry out chemical treatments such as straightening, perming, and specialised hair treatments in accordance with safety standards
* Create and style hair for everyday wear, special occasions, and events, including blow-drying, braiding, dreadlocks, and hair extensions
* Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment sterilisation
* Manage client bookings, payments, and ongoing client relationships to ensure repeat business
* Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior stylists or apprentices as required
