We are currently seeking a Logistic Specialist Trainee to join CESCO at their warehouse in Murarrie, Brisbane.
As the leading supplier of concrete mixers and servicing in Australia, CESCO has led the way in design and manufacturing of products in this field for over 50 years.
We are looking for hands‑on, motivated and focused workers who are willing to learn and start their career in warehousing.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) picking/packing, processing purchase orders, loading and unloading stock, organising freight, unloading vehicles, processing orders, and driving forklift.
Undertaking this two‑year traineeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Logistic Specialist and earn yourTLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations .
* Full time 2‑year contract including paid annual and personal leave
* Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm
* PPE supplied
* Access to 1:1 mentoring
About You
* Have the desire to learn and have a positive attitude
* Energetic and proactive, acceptive of change/cross training - willingness to learn and grow
* Great communication and interpersonal skills - confidence to ask questions
* Attention to detail and basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment will be well regarded but not required
* Reliable and punctual
* Good safety awareness
* Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
* Forklift licence well regarded but if you are prepared to learn, we would look to put you through the course at no cost to you
* Ability to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
