We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer to join a leading Perth firm renowned for its expertise in estate disputes. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high‑profile matters, providing strategic advice and representation to clients navigating challenging estate and succession issues.
About The Role
* Lead and manage estate litigation matters in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, including contentious probate and estate disputes.
* Work closely with partners and a small, high‑performing team to provide practical, commercially grounded advice.
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the team's litigation practice.
About You
* You have extensive experience in estate or general litigation matters, ideally with a minimum of 5–7 years post‑admission experience.
* Strong analytical, advocacy, and client management skills.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
* A collaborative and supportive approach to team culture and mentoring.
