Job Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to provide day-to-day HR support and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
This includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding for new employees, and maintaining accurate HR records and employee data in our HR information system.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for providing daily HR support to managers and staff on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
* Manage recruitment activities from job advertisements to interviews and hiring decisions.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legislative requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and employee data.
* Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year's work experience in performing similar tasks in a similar role, a tertiary qualification in a related field, and strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
