Job Description
This is a key leadership role that oversees the upkeep of estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team to deliver high-quality maintenance services across Defence sites.
The ideal candidate will have trade certification and experience in leading teams, with a strong background in building maintenance and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team to conduct trades work and deliver estate maintenance services
* Capture and report on performance metrics and KPIs
* Provide asset condition data and ensure all work aligns with required standards
* Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
* Trade certificate (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical)
* General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision experience
* Working knowledge of asset compliance and management techniques
* Building Maintenance Leadership Certification (desirable)
* QLD/NSW Trade license for discipline
* Current Open Drivers Licence
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
