MARYBOROUGH QUARRIES, a part of BARRO GROUP, are looking for experienced Quarry Operators whose primary responsibilities will be the safe and efficient operation of quarry mobile and fixed plant.
Applicants are advised that this is not a mining operation and does not offer mining rates of pay but it does offer the advantage of just a short drive to and from your home each day.
Key duties:
Crushing Plant, Dump Truck, Loader, Excavator operators
Basic maintenance duties and
Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.
Skills and experience:
Experience in quarry mobile and fixed plant operations
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
The flexibility to work 5 ½ day weeks Mon -Sat including overtime as required.
