Job Summary:
We are seeking a Town Planner who can interpret planning legislation, conduct site analyses and prepare architectural plans.
* This includes managing data, creating reports and making recommendations.
* The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of detailed town planning documents, including proposals for developments and amendments to existing policies.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in both town planning and architectural design.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD or Revit.
