The Position : Full time - Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm or 11am -
Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction
Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions The Person: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Licence and transport to access site, no public transport
Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
