With HQ based in Redland Bay and an international presence, we’re a close-knit team passionate about helping hair professionals shine. Now, we’re looking for a digital-savvy creative to help us lead the charge in content, community, and brand storytelling.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of our digital and content marketing efforts. You’ll be hands-on in creating engaging, brand-led digital content for our B2B audience, maintaining our online presence, and helping shape the future of our marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design:
* Create brand-aligned content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Design social graphics, eDMs, and video content using tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
* Capture and curate user-generated content from hairdressers and salon partners
* Record/edit product voiceovers and visual tutorials
* Assist with quarterly newsletter (7–8 pages) – writing, layout and sending
Social Media & Community Management:
* Manage and grow social channels (all organic) with a content-led B2B approach
* Engage with our online community for 30+ mins a day to build strong salon relationships
Website & Digital Presence:
* Manage our Shopify-based website (content updates only; not eCommerce focused)
* Collaborate with IT/dev team for backend needs
Marketing Strategy & Innovation:
* Work alongside our global marketing team on local strategy and initiatives
* Research and implement AI tools to enhance content and marketing operations
* Proactively suggest campaign ideas and improvements for distributor accounts
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar
* 2+ years’ commercial experience in a digital marketing, social media and content creation role
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
* Confidence using social media platforms, and content scheduling tools
* Comfortable working at pace and to tight deadlines – we move fast
* A proactive mindset – we love people who bring ideas and challenge us to be better
* Understanding of AI tools and their creative application is a big bonus
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
