This isn't a desk role. It's a high-impact role for someone who can command respect on a workshop floor while delivering boardroom‐level investigative reports.
You will be the bridge between heavy‐duty production and stringent regulatory compliance.

The "Boots" Experience: You likely started with a Trade Certificate (Mechanical, Structural, or similar). You know the realities of a fabrication environment and you understand the pressure of a production line.
The Investigative Brain: You are a master of ICAM (or similar). You don't just "write reports". You build "Briefs of Evidence" that meet elite compliance standards.
The High‐Risk Edge: You are a subject matter expert in Confined Spaces and Permit to Work systems for complex asset inspections.
The Regulatory Standard: You've worked in environments where Federal or Tier 1 standards are the baseline, not the exception.
