The ANUM acts as a professional and clinical role model for all team members and demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and skills while assuming a management focus in the department. Hours of work include weekdays, weekends shift work and public holidays.About YouExtensive clinical knowledge, skills and leadership experience in nursing.Demonstrated sound advanced clinical assessment and analysis skills and knowledge, and ability to implement indicated treatments in speciality area of practice’Demonstrated team leadership ability and experience supporting staff through internal and external changeDemonstrated understanding of the needs, issues and sensitivities of people from diverse backgroundsDemonstrated ability to lead a clinical team to deliver safe, high quality and innovative health careUnderstanding of relevant accreditation and funding systems, and demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement portfolioExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including team members, consumers and family members.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to utilise a range of software applications.Please click here to view Position Description.About UsPortland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
