Leadership Role in Quality Improvement
The Deputy Director of Clinical Governance will lead the development and implementation of clinical governance systems to ensure compliance with national safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor clinical governance systems
* Ensure compliance with national safety and quality standards
* Lead accreditation activities across the organisation
* Manage incident management systems and processes
* Demonstrate understanding of consumer participation and person-centred care
About the Organisation:
The organisation provides acute medical and surgical, obstetric, emergency, residential care and community health services to a population of 45,000 people.
Requirements:
* Accountability and initiative
* Experience as a health professional or five years senior management experience in a related field
* Recent demonstrated experience in National Standards Accreditation
* Recent demonstrated experience in risk management through application of the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework
