Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase new, demo, and used vehicle sales.
* Mentor and coach Sales Consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Oversee daily operations, sales processes, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
* Analyse and report on key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
* E nsure compliance with industry standards, brand presentation, and exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
* Foster collaboration with department heads to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* Proven success as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in the automotive sector.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in automotive retail.
* Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Data-driven approach and commercial acumen to drive business growth.
* Experience working with high-volume brands is advantageous.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and brand excellence.
* Current driver's licence required.
