Department Managers are responsible for end to end leadership of their department, fostering a connected, adaptable and high performing team committed to serving our customers and communities.
As a leader who cares, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the department while working closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work.

What you'll doAs a Fruit & Veg Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets your eye for detail, planning and routines will help to ensure the department has good quality fruit and vegetables, displays are full and customers can find what they need.
You will be responsible for fostering a team that ensures temperature, quality, time & care is embedded every day.
