What You'll Be Working On

In this physically active role, you'll be responsible for the careful handling and movement of furniture products throughout our distribution centre. Your day will involve:

* Operating lift order picking equipment at heights of 8+ metres
* Manually receiving, dispatching and storing stock with proper care
* Processing incoming deliveries, checking documentation and ensuring accuracy
* Conducting pre-work safety checks on forklifts, order pickers and turret trucks
* Using RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy
* Working across multiple teams and adapting to different tasks as needed
* Contributing to a safe working environment through WH&S compliance

You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse with 50+ team members, handling a diverse range of furniture products including lounges, buffets, tables and chairs.

What Type Of Person Will Succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

* 2+ years experience of lift order platform picking in a high-volume warehouse (30+ team members)
* Comfortable working at heights of 8+ metres for extended periods
* Physically fit and capable of handling bulky, heavy furniture items
* Reliable and committed to working Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts
* Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
* Adaptable and happy to work across different teams and tasks
