Our client is a Top Tier National Property Group who is seeking to appoint a Retail Lease Administrator to join their high-performing team. In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.
The Responsibilities
* Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distribute lease documentations
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
* Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors
* Ongoing review of minimum leasing requirements
* Preparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etc
* Supporting property management on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.
* Compliance and reporting
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in the commercial/retail property industry
* Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
* Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong financial acumen
* A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving
* A team player
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
