Stock Coordinator - Chadstone | Melbourne. Exciting opportunity to join a global luxury fashion retailer in a behind-the-scenes role, ensuring flawless order fulfillment and stock management.
Responsibilities
Process and dispatch orders with accuracy, timeliness, and premium presentation
Manage expedited and hand-delivery services
Maintain pristine stockroom organisation and efficiency for the sales team
Oversee deliveries, transfers, recalls and stock consolidations
Conduct stock investigations, mini stock takes and assist with annual stocktakes
Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety procedures
Support seasonal launches, ensuring all stock is prepared and floor-ready
Collaborate with retail front of house, client services, and ecommerce teams to maintain a superior client experience
What You'll Bring
Strong background in stock coordination, logistics, or retail operations
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to accuracy, client experience, and brand presentation
A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
