Multiple positions available Receptionist and Dental Assistants
Due to continued growth, Hopkins Street Dental is seeking to fill multiple permanent, full-time Receptionist and Dental Assistant positions based in our Moonah, Tasmania practice. As a member of our friendly and dynamic team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy dental clinic.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting patients and managing the front desk area, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing paperwork
* Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
* Assisting with surgical procedures
* Providing excellent customer service to all patients
* Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming practice environment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a receptionist or Dental Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the clinical team
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
* Proficient in using dental software and standard office technology
* A friendly, positive and compassionate attitude
