The Role
Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our Berkeley Vale Distribution Centre and bring alignment across our day, afternoon, and night shifts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a team of Senior Team Leaders and up to 80 store people, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and performance across all shifts. Your ability to foster collaboration, build team spirit, and create a unified culture will be key to success.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and harmonise three warehouse shifts to ensure consistent performance and team cohesion.
* Drive a positive, safety-first culture aligned with our company values.
* Coach and develop leaders, promote succession planning, and support career growth.
* Manage resources, labour planning, and departmental budgets effectively.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver on-time, accurate, and high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
* Strong communication and team-building skills.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and unify diverse teams.
* Experience in managing change, driving efficiency, and improving processes.
* Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and LEAN systems is highly desirable.
