Role:
Working in a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment, you will design and deliver clear, targeted communication and change activities that support adoption and effective use of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality executive and board-level briefings and complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messages.Coordinate training and capability uplift activities.Design and help deliver communications and change management activities for IT, data, and analytics initiatives, including system and platform rollouts.
Requirements
Experience applying structured change management practices in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
