We are currently looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead our Crestmead site. If you're passionate about building strong teams, driving process improvement, and making a real impact every day, this is your opportunity.

About the role
* Oversee all warehouse and loading operations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
* Lead, coach and develop your team, driving a culture where all injuries are preventable and Zero Harm is our goal.
* Implement process improvements, manage stock accuracy and deliver on‑time, in‑full performance (DIFO TIS).
* Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing and logistics partners to achieve business objectives.
* Champion cross‑functional teamwork and values‑based leadership.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years experience leading warehouse or operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of safety, risk management and process improvement (Lean/CI).
* Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A passion for developing people and driving results.
