**Account Manager/Business Development Manager, **we are seeking an individual to focus on managing and maintaining existing clients and actively bring on new business.
**The Role**:
Servicing loyal clients predominantly around Sutherland Shire, St George & Inner West. This is a flexible role that will see you out in the road & work autonomously.
- Responsible servicing clients & nurturing relationships
- Assisting clients to get the most out of the system with online and onsite training
- Up selling products
- Train clients in the effective use of software
- Attend Sales Meetings as requested
- Achieving & surpassing the minimum monthly sales targets
- Attend conferences, awards nights, networking functions etc. as required
- Create & conduct effective proposal presentations
- Cold Call as required to new real estate offices
- Ongoing client management
- Administration

- UP TO $80,000 INCLUSIVE SALARY
- COMMISSIONS $6-12k PER ANNUM (Paid Monthly)
- Real Estate experience is essential
- Experience in Property Management/New Business or Residential Sales
- A Valid Drivers Licence
- People skills and ability to build relationships
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- A desire to take control of your department and think outside the box
