This groundbreaking program provides a once-in-a-generation opportunity to rethink our courses. This will include changes to the way ECU courses are designed, assessed, and delivered, the way ECU staff engage with students, and the way students manage their learning.
Universities are operating in an environment that is rapidly changing. The emergence of generative AI, the evolving realities of student life, and a federal drive to increase equity group access to higher education provide an opportunity for ECU to lead the sector with bold, credible, transformative courses.
This is your chance to make a lasting impact, contribute to cutting-edge solutions, and help shape teaching and learning for decades to come.

The position will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and will embody and champion the program outcomes while exemplifying ECU’s core values: integrity, respect, courage, rational enquiry, and personal excellence.
