Job description
60 Farm labourers are required to manually harvest fresh produce (including lettuce and herbs) from several different properties located in the Bacchus Marsh area (Victoria). The work is for a period of months starting in early January 2025. You must be committed to work for the whole period, working on average of 6 days per week. Early morning starts are required with variable working hours of 30+ per week in all weather conditions. Hours can vary with weather conditions and produce demand. Wages are paid in accordance with the Horticultural Award 2020. You must have a valid work visa. The positions require constant bending over for long periods of time and hard physical labouring. Previous farming experience is an advantage. Serious applicants only.
