We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Training Instructional Designer to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team based in Oakey.
Your responsibilities will include :
The Training Instructional Designer analyses learning needs in order to systematically develop instruction processes, products and materials. The Instructional Designer will consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and specialists to elicit the most effective strategies for shaping LMP materials into products that maximise the learner experience, and support effective and efficient training delivery.
About you :
To be successful in this role, it is essential you demonstrate the following skills and experience :
Advanced knowledge and skills in web and multimedia applications (Adobe Creative Cloud);
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in contemporary Learning Management Systems (LMS) in Defence (Moodle, Learn eXcel Perform);
Working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning as the Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) Model;
Experience working in instructional design and / or digital design in a training organisation (preference to Defence or Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector); and
P****** ADF Training Developer.
Special Requirements :
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
