Minimum Requirements:
* Strong Retail Management Experience preferred
* Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
* Having an Owner's Mindset
* A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
* A resilient & innovative problem solver
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
* Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
* Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Lead by example
* High volume stock management
* Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
* Assist in recruitment and training and development functions
* High volume stocktakes
* Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
