Deloitte's Digital Identity practice is Australia's leading Identity and Access Management consultancy. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Identity Consultant to join and support our continued growth.
As a developer in our Digital Identity team, you will use your 2+ years of delivery experience to deliver Identity projects using your hard-earned skills.
About the role
As a Manager in our practice, you will be responsible for working directly with clients and our team to deliver engagements. We are industry agonistic but are seeing demand from our financial services and government clients for transformation related services.

The candidate for the Manager role will have
6 years solid ServiceNow experience with deep functional and technical knowledge of the platform with relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist is a must), configuration and development capability.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Experience designing, architecting and implementing Cyber Security, SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (GRC / IRM) programs and technology platforms in one or more of the following areas: Policy and Compliance, IT / Enterprise Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, Issues Management, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response.
- Proficient consulting in Cyber Security and Enterprise Risk Management with a strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration & development;
- Solid competencies of functional processes related to Policy, Regulatory Compliance, Cyber Risk, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity, Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Response Management. Experience across Cyber Standards and Risk Frameworks will also be an advantage in helping to enable processes on the ServiceNow platform, including ISM, Essential 8, NIST 800-53 / ISO 27001 frameworks and security tools (Nessus, Rapid 7, Tanium, Qualys, Splunk, Phantom, QRadar, LogRhythm, Tennable etc.)
- ServiceNow technical expertise in SecOp's and / or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) with Certified Implementation Specialist certifications, broader experience across the ServiceNow a platform including ITSM and CMDB will be beneficial during solution design and integration.
- Strong workshop preparation and facilitation of requirements gathering, design, playback to enable fast signoff to move through to build and testing for user acceptance and overall approval for deployment.
- Experience in implementation projects and end to end SDLC development and delivery on ServiceNow, managing a team of 5 local and up to 10 offshore resources
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Incident management, problem management and change management.
- Strong understanding of languages such as JavaScript, Pyton, Angular JS
- Experience in integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party security, risk and data tools/platforms (eg. Splunk, Tenable, Archer, Atlassian, Microsoft suite)
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs
- Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
- Advanced command of communication and analytical tools is preferred e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to communicate complex / technical issues to non-technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills
