Office Administrator - Brandon - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

About the role
* Supporting all operational site based administrative requirements including weighbridge related activities for inbound raw materials and outbound finished products for the Kyneton animal nutrition site
* Acting as first point of contact for any enquiries for the Kyneton site weighbridge
* Supporting daily operations through truck weigh-ins/outs, inventory tracking, and sales order processing.
* Performing general admin duties including data entry, filing, mail handling, and document control.
* Assisting with site inventory monitoring
* Supporting daily site operation, completion of work orders, ensuring timely recording of production and invoicing, accuracy of inventory recording daily
To be successful, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an admin or data processing role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good computer skill, including Microsoft suite of products
* Experience with finance admin (AR/AP) and exposure to Pronto or similar ERP System is highly advantageous
