We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with a focus on Construction Management to join our team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys running projects through the construction phase, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and producing technically strong documentation.
Full‐time position available; part‐time considered for the right candidate.
ROLE
Level of experience and pay scale is dependent on the quality of applications received. A minimum of 6‐8 years is preferred to achieve the requirements for the role.

* Construction Documentation Review and Amendments
* Contract Administration
* Documentation Management
* Quality Assurance & Compliance
* Cost and Risk Management
QUALIFICATIONS
* Registered Architect or highly experienced Graduate Architect
* Minimum 7 years industry experience (indicative)
* ArchiCAD proficiency and working in 3D
* Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation
* Experience in specification writing and coordination
* A passion for design and innovative thought/problem solving
* Proven experience in all stages of Design, with an eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills (with colleagues, clients, consultants & contractors)
* Proactive work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to take direction and feedback
* Ability to work with and communicate in a small team but also with our other offices via Teams
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA (regulatory frameworks)
REPORTING & RELATIONSHIPS
* Reports to: Director / Office Manager / Operations Manager
* Works closely with: Project Architects/Documentation teams, consultants/contractors, clients & authorities
Salary will be dependent upon skills and experience of the successful applicant.
