Essential requirements for the role:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
* Working with Children Check clearance
* Current First Aid Certificate - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting
* Demonstrated experience working in accordance with the National Quality Framework in providing an education and care service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, being able to work to deadlines and set priorities
* Demonstrated ability to work and contribute as part of a team
* A passion for children and a desire to help them learn and grow
* Enthusiasm and motivation
Duties include:
* Caring for children’s needs
* Building strong relationships with the children and their families.
* Complying with the relevant government regulations.
* Working together to develop activities and programs that best support the children's development.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Programming and planning.
