The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Senior Accountant to join our team at Head Office in Docklands on a 12-month contract. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's financial activities related to cash flow and reporting. What will you do?
* Support treasury operations, manage cash resources, and monitor financial transactions
* Ensure financial and policy compliance
* Assist in the delivery of accurate and timely statutory reporting
* Manage insurance processes and aid with income tax processes
* Extract, analyse, and report on findings
More about you
* CPA or CA qualified or near completion
* Proven experience in a financial accounting role
* Experience in developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills
* E xperience in c ashflow management and taxation preferred
