About the Role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and partnering closely with senior leaders, our Global Manager, People Communications, will design and deliver Moose’s global people communications and engagement strategy, ensuring Moosies around the world feel informed, inspired and connected. In parallel, you’ll support our external employer branding strategy, positioning Moose Toys as a global employer of choice with a focus on amplifying our employee value proposition across key talent markets. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), with flexibility to work across either three or four days between Tuesday and Friday.
Responsibilities
Shape and lead Moose’s global people communications strategy, bringing our purpose, values and business priorities to life across the organisation Create meaningful, engaging communications that help our people feel informed, inspired and connected. Play a key role in designing experiences that strengthen engagement, connection and a sense of belonging Partner closely with People & Culture leaders to support an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging and connection, using insight and feedback to continuously evolve our approach Lead communications for major business initiatives and moments of change Turn complex ideas into clear, human and compelling messages that support understanding and adoption Act as a trusted communications advisor to leaders, supporting them to communicate with confidence, authenticity and impact Develop engaging content and campaigns that celebrate our culture, people and ways of working Support and elevate Moose’s global employer brand, helping position the organisation as an employer of choice across key talent markets Bring Moose’s employee value proposition to life internally and externally through creative storytelling and consistent messaging
About You We are looking for a seasoned communications professional who knows how to turn strategy into stories that resonate. With a strong background in people and change communications, you’ve led complex, global initiatives and know how to engage diverse audiences in meaningful ways. You bring deep expertise across internal communications, employee engagement and transformation. You’re comfortable navigating change and helping leaders communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy. Above all, you’re values-led and people-first, bringing energy, authenticity and a genuine passion for creating cultures where people feel informed, inspired and proud to belong. Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field 8+ years’ experience in internal communications, people communications or change communications Demonstrated experience working in a global organisation and delivering communication, transformation and engagement strategies Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
