Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will design developmentally appropriate programs that reflect children's interests while drawing on your own expertise. With the support of your dedicated team, you will help create engaging and nurturing environments where kindergarten-aged children become confident and capable learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Experience working as a Teacher ideally within a childcare setting
* Current VIT registration
* A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
